INGREDIENTS Instant Pot 3 pounds of chicken (shredded) 5 ounces of noodles (any kind) 4 cups of chicken broth 4 cups of water 2 celery stalks (chopped) 2 large carrots (chopped) 1 cooking onion (diced) 2 tablespoons of salt-free butter 2 tablespoons of cannabis olive oil 1 tablespoon of oregano 1 tablespoon of parsley 1 teaspoon of thyme Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS Set the Instant Pot to sauté, add butter and wait for it to melt.
Once the butter is ready, toss the onion into the Instant Pot and cook the ingredients for 3 minutes or until soft.
Add the spices, chicken broth, water and chicken to the Instant Pot, seal the lid, then turn the dial to the soup setting.
Cook it at this temperature for 7 minutes. In 10 minutes, your Instant Pot should have had enough time to release the steam, which is the perfect time to pull out any remaining chunks of chicken that need to be shredded further and to taste the broth for flavor.
Now toss in your choice of noodles and cannabis oil and cook them on the sauté setting for 6 minutes or until soft.
Once the steam releases, turn off the Instant Pot and enjoy your delicious homemade edibles soup.
