Ingredients: 15-20 Servings 1 1⁄2 C. All Purpose Flour 1 tsp. Baking Powder 1⁄2 tsp. Baking Soda 1⁄4 tsp. Salt 1⁄2 C. Cooled Softened Unsalted Cannabutter 1⁄2 C. Fresh Granulated Sugar 1⁄4 C. Fresh Light Brown Sugar, Lightly Packed 1 Large Egg 3 tsp. Vanilla 1 1⁄2 C. M&M’s
Instructions: In mixing bowl beat butter, granulated sugar, light brown sugar for 2 mins until fluffy Add wet ingredients egg and vanilla. Now add dry ingredients flour, salt, baking agents. Mix until firm, then fold M&M’s into dough. Scoop dough into 1 1⁄2 in balls. (2.5 Tablespoon) Place an inch apart on a baking cookie sheet pan. Refrigerate for 30 min. Bake for 10 - 12 min. Cool and Serve.
