Fudge Canna Brownies
Ingredients: 16 Servings
Soft butter, for greasing pan
Flour, for dusting the buttered pan
4 Large Eggs
1 Cup Sugar Sifted
1 Cup Brown Sugar Sifted
1 Cup of Melted CannaButter
11/4 Cups Cocoa
Sifted 2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
½ Cup flour Sifted
½ tsp. Kosher Salt
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.
Butter and flour and 8inch square pan.
In a mixing bowl beat eggs until fluffy and light yellow.
Add both sugars.
Add remaining ingredients, and mix to combine.
Pour Batter into 8 in. square pan and bake for 45 minutes.
Check with the toothpick method to assess if brownies are done.
(Stick the toothpick in the center of the pan, if done, the toothpick will come out clean.
When Done Cool, Cut into 2in. Squares
